Mates rates are implemented, so our musicians are the same price as they would be going direct with the musicians. This is different from an agency where the prices are skyrocketed.

In return, we ask you the client to sign a contract with Buzz Music Group, provide food and drink for the musicians whenever possible and pay the full fee at least 14 days before the event.

In the case of injury or serious illness suitable and fully professional deputy performers will be found and provided by Buzz Music Group.

We will provide a contract for our musicians with exact details of the event. You will not have to discuss finances with the musicians on the day as this can be settled through Buzz Music beforehand and the musicians invoice us providing total discretion at the event.

All of our musicians are experienced at working at events. They will behave respectfully and sensibly throughout the time for which they are booked.

They will arrive with plenty of time to set up and be ready to play 30 minutes before the start time.

All artists will be appropriately dressed for the type and feel of the event. Please remember to inform us of any instructions when booking.
