One of the things people remember the most about weddings is the live music. First we will listen carefully to what you envisage for your wedding day and then we’ll match the perfect musicians to that vision. We have regular close contact with our musicians and will brief them on exactly what is required then they will turn up, set up and wow your guests with their performance.

On booking we require a 50% deposit, then payment of the balance two weeks before the wedding day. If you need to postpone your date due to Covid, we will transfer the deposit to a new date.

Booking through us you can have peace of mind that your event is in safe hands and the whole experience is seamless and stress free.

We guarantee all of our musicians at Buzz can deliver personalised service, high quality, and are reliable, every time.

All artists will be appropriately dressed for the type and feel of the event. Please remember to inform us of any instructions when booking.

They will arrive with plenty of time to set up and be ready to play 30 minutes before the start time.

All of our musicians are experienced at working at events. They will behave respectfully and sensibly throughout the time for which they are booked.

We will provide a contract for our musicians with exact details of the event. You will not have to discuss finances with the musicians on the day as this can be settled through Buzz Music beforehand and the musicians invoice us providing total discretion at the event.

In the case of injury or serious illness suitable and fully professional deputy performers will be found and provided by Buzz Music Group.

In return, we ask you the client to sign a contract with Buzz Music Group, provide food and drink for the musicians whenever possible and pay the full fee at least 14 days before the event.

Mates rates are implemented, so our musicians are the same price as they would be going direct with the musicians. This is different from an agency where the prices are skyrocketed.
